Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Custom-made and Personalised Products

Handmade by Matima products are made exclusively to your individual specifications or tailored to your personal needs.

​

Under Section 312g(2), point 1, of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts for goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is determined by your individual choices or specifications, or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs.

​

This applies to my keepsakes made to your specifications and personalised products where they meet these criteria.

Statutory Warranty Rights​

The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

​

If a product supplied is defective, you have the statutory rights relating to defects. These also apply to custom-made and personalised products.
